Oven
Our oven stopped working so we called the appliance professor and an engineer turned up that afternoon. He found a fault with the heating element and replaced it. The oven sprung into life and has worked fine since. The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

Washing Machine
We called out this company to repair our Whirlpool top loader washing machine. The engineer came out the next morning and diagnosed the issue quickly saying it was a common fault with this machine. Luckily he had the part on the van so fitted it there and then. It’s all worked very well since. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again.

Tumble Dryer
I have been using Gary for a number of years now looking after our washing machines and tumble dryers. He has always been brilliant in quickly responding to breakdowns and issues, giving honest and fair advice. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Recently our tumble dryer was suffering and it was taking ages to dry anything. Gary quickly diagnosed the issue, sourced the parts and fitted and now it’s like a new machine. We were worried we would have to buy a new machine but Gary saved us time and money by fixing it.

Gary is simply brilliant! Over the past few years, he has fixed both my washing machine and dish washer as well as installing a new oven for me. I thought my washing machine had completely died, but Gary went above and beyond to source a new motor for it and it is still going strong 3 years later! He is honest, reliable and totally professional and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Tumble Dryer
Extraordinary service at a difficult time; they are brilliant. Our Tumble Dryer failed and I couldn’t work out why it had stopped working. In the middle of the Covid lockdown this was bad news.The appliance Professor came out, identified the problem and ordered the part. They fitted it the moment it arrived from the manufacturer. We had some problems with other appliances and they gave advice to condemn one (to avoid wasting money) and repair the other. They did this repair too. The engineer Gary was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. This firm really is excellent. 5/5.

Gary is excellent! I have used Gary’s repair services for years now, he’s maintained all my appliances and beyond. He is a lovely man, very helpful, super reasonable in price and will do his best to be available as soon as physically possible. Highly recommend I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Gary repaired our dishwasher and cooker. He was very polite and took time to correctly diagnose the parts needed. He sourced these quickly and returned and did a great job. He also advised us on the best way to use the dishwasher, which has improved its performance.
